I really enjoyed my initial visit and the planning of how to frame my pastel painting. All the service was professional and friendly. When I went to pick up my painting I was really impressed – perfect!!!! Then the surprise in the mail – WOW!!! Not many businesses undertake any post sales processes, they just take your money and that’s it! The letter of appreciation with the guarantees and gift was wonderful.
